Exchange

Our exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased on girlyshopper.com only. In that case you will have to ask for exchange within 6 hours of the delivery if the product meets any of the following conditions: wrong product, wrong size, wrong color, damaged, quality defects. All items to be exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. For exchange customer will have to pay the delivery charge for new product & exchange charge for exchanged product.

Return

Return option is only available if customer return the product to the delivery man when delivery is being made. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Customer will have to pay the delivery charge & return charge for returned product.
